Zach Cromer is an associate to the firm, focusing his practice on trademark prosecution, trademark and copyright disputes, trade secrets, internet-related trademark and copyright issues, proceedings in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, and licensing.
In his prosecution and counseling practice, Mr. Cromer advises clients on the selection, adoption, maintenance, and enforcement of their marks in the U.S. and around the world. He also renders opinions on the availability and proper use of trademarks; assists clients in obtaining foreign registrations; and prepares, files, and prosecutes U.S. trademark applications. Along with his trademark practice, Mr. Cromer advises clients on copyright matters and helps clients develop procedures for protecting trade secrets.
